Installation not possible - it stops - now login failure

Hallo, after starting the installation process, this stooped for a long period. I started it again, but nothing happens.
Actually i cannot login in backend of site - that is a really big problem.
On top of login-field the info:
JAuthentication: :__construct: Die Authentifizierungsbibliotheken konnten nicht geladen werden!

What the hell is your extension doing?
Please give me an info, how to fix.

I would like to investigate this issue as I'm still not sure why you are experiencing issues with the installation. Can you provide us the site's backend, ftp, and database access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can get to it?

Hallo, now i changed the joomla login plugin, it was protectd - now i can access the backend.
But, if i view >component >komento, there is nothing to set up.

I deinstalled the component and startet it again - but it is the same - after long waiting, i see nothing changed on screen - the "next-step" buttion will not have nay result.

It looks like you have not provide your site's backend and ftp access. I would like to test the installation on your site and investigate the issue.

There's not much I can do without access. I appreciate your understanding on this.

Alright Frank.

I turned on error reporting and proceeded to use the launcher installer to install Komento.

On the first step of the installer, I am seeing these error messages: http://take.ms/sOeHr

I suspect your server's storage space is currently full. Can you consult your webhosting provider about this and let us know how it goes?
