Installation issue with Easysocial

Hi.

I bought easysocial yesterday. While installing it on our website, I kept running into the same problem. The installation Step 1 highlighted an issue with PHP Zip Library. I tried to fix it by changing the php.ini file but the problem persists. Any idea what the problem is?

Hi Joshua Chege,

Can you inform your web hosting provider to enable
extension=php_zip.dll
in php.ini for the installation of EasySocial. Show your screenshot attachment and http://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/setup/zip-library that the extension=php_zip.dll has been disable. and do let us know whether the error still persist?
