Hello - I'm having issues installing your component. The Joomla extension installer shows nothing whilst trying to install and goes back to the orginal page.

Joomla 2.5
Hi Mark,
Do you mean that after uploading the full installer package in Joomla's extension manager, nothing happens?
This is probably because the installer file size exceed your server's upload size capacity.
Perhaps you can consult your web hosting provider to increase these values, maybe 64M(http://take.ms/FYHfR)?

Hey Mark,
Unfortunately, EasyBlog 5.1 no longer supports Joomla 2.5. Perhaps you can consider upgrading your Joomla?

Hi Raymond

Ok thats a surprise considering your website says it supports it and you have documentation about how to install on 2.5. I can not currently upgrade to 3.0.

Are you able to issue me a refund for the subscription? Had I known this information I would not have purchased your software.

Thanks

Hi Arlex

Dont worry about the refund - i've managed to upgrade to Joomla 3.0. However, I'm having problems with the install, its seems to not respond when extracting and installing the components. See images - can you help please?
