I am seeing the same error message when upgrading from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2.

I downloaded the 1.2.2 laucher, and tried it, but the same error message as above keeps popping up.
The 1.2.2 laucher is already uploaded

I was trying to upgrade from 1.3.15 to 1.3.18

I always get this error message when I try to upgrade ES, I have downloaded the new laucher and put it in under:

/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_easysocial/setup/packages

and tried again, but I am still getting the same error message.

I always have to get the full package and install it from joomla package installation.
