It seems like you hitting this following error during installation :

0 Joomla\Filesystem\File::delete: Failed deleting inaccessible file acl.php

Can you request with your webhosting provider to check your current webuser whether got set the correct chmod permission on your server? Because what this error mean is, the system trying to delete the acl.php file during installation but hitting some permission issue.

By the way, I was unable to connect with your FTP server, please advise.
