Tried using full launcher and unlimited. Same results. Can't find any help articles or forum posts. All directories have proper permissions and memory limit is at 128M.
Hi there,

Seems like there i cannot access your site currently as when i tried to install them on your site. Can you ask your current web hosting service provider to check for their error message so that we can know it exact error?

Or maybe you can provide us with your FTP access to further check this issues. Please advice.

I was able to login just fine with the login information I provided. Our hosting provider says there is nothing in the error logs. I'm adding ftp login credentials for you to use.

Our hosting team has found this issue with your installation and ModSec:
[Thu Jan 10 11:56:01.216540 2019] [:error] [pid 8420:tid 47818211079936] [client 24.116.117.15:50843] [client 24.116.117.15] ModSecurity: Access denied with code 500 (phase 2). Pattern match "(/tmp|/proc|/dev)" at REQUEST_URI. [file "/etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec2.liquidweb.conf"] [line "508"] [id "5000205"] [hostname "http://www.happyhippoherbals.com"] [uri "/development/administrator/index.php"] [unique_id "XDd5IfTOhRYNPWSoZfT5ZgAAAAM"], referer: https://www.happyhippoherbals.com/development/administrator/index.php?option=com_easyblog

It seems that your system triggers a security rule that prevents exploits and attacks.

This issue is resolved by whitelisting the modsec rule temporarily. I would rethink your installation procedures.
