installation failed

Hi,

I uninstalled easysocial by the reason of high CPU times. Now I'm trying to reinstall it but when I clicked "Proceed with installation", it shows "404, component not found". I have no idea what happened.

Is there anyone with the same problem?

Hi Derek,

I am sorry. I never encounter this issue before but I believe this issue is coming from your Joomla. Can you try download the latest EasySocial component from our site and try install it through directory. If this issue is still persist or you unable to do this, perhaps you kindly provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can assist your installing EasySocial on your site much quicker. We need this access in order to debug the root issue of your site.

Please advise.
