I am attempting to install the most current version of Easy Blog on a Joomla 3.2 site using Upload Package File. I'm getting an error message that says: There was an error uploading this file to the server.

Please advise.

Thank you.
Hello Cecil,

This error maybe occurring due to your php settings max_file_size, please increase it or contact your web hosting to do this for you. If you need further assistance please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that we could install it for you?

Thanks:)

Thank you, that information was very helpful. I was able to install EasyBlog using the Install from Directory method. Now I have a new problem -- when I click on the Blog link from the front end, I get an internal server error. Any thoughts about why that would be happening?

You WERE set up as an administrator. I had to go into EasyBlog permissions and allow the Administrator user group to have access to the component. Seems like the Administrator group should have the same permissions as a Super User? Anyway…you should now be able to access EasyBlog.

Thanks.

Hello Cecil,

I have tried to access your site, it seems like your Easyblog still using older version, could you mind go to your Easyblog updater ( http://screencast.com/t/WngFX4Kund ) and run update the latest version of Easyblog, and see the internal server error still exist or not. If yes, please refer back to us.
