Installation error! Frustrating!

1) Tried to update from 3.9.15155 to 3.9.15210 via updater. When clicking the button 'Run Update', nothing happens! Tried using Firefox and IE browsers.

2) Tried to install via Extension Update. Downloaded the latest version then attempted installation. Error message '500 - An error has occurred.'.

Now, unable to install EasyBlog. Such a troublesome application. Attached screenshots.

I have help you installed latest version of Easyblog using install directory method, please have a look.
