Hi guys,

I have been using EasyBlog since early September. I've had great success. In the front end, I can login and add more articles as I please.

When I go to the back-end, I got to Components > EasyBlog and it takes me to the EasyBlog Installer (and it has 6 steps).

Why do I need to re-install it? I also tried it by re-entering the API key and it wouldn't download anything. It stayed at 0% for a while. Is there a bug? Am I downloading this all over again.

I basically can't access the backend of easy-blog but I CAN access it in the front end.

What should I do?

Thanks,
Hai Nick,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

May i know what version EasyBlog that you use if you use old version you can update to latest version 5.0.29,

what you can do is to download the launcher installer from our website. To do this, login to our website http://stackideas.com and in your dashboard page, click 'Download Launcher' button on your EasyBlog community subscription.

after you save launcher file EB , go to you backend joomla>extension>manage>upload package file>choose file that you have save>proceed with installation.

on step 2 you have to choose installation via directory and choose that file you save earlier and just follow the step.

I hope this will help you.
