I decided to migrate from jomsocial to easysocial, for its extra features and supported integration with Kunena.

I downloaded com_easysocial_launcher_pro_1.3.17_joomla3.0.zip to my local computer and followed instructions via Joomla's menu to upload and install. The first stages went well, but then it stopped as you can see from the jpg.

I then downloaded the full package, com_easysocial_full_pro_1.3.17_joomla3.0.zip to my local computer and did the same.
Joomla reports "Message Installing component was successful.", but if I go to Joomla>Components>EasySocial, I get a php error:

Warning: require_once(/******.com/joomla/media/foundry/4.0/joomla/framework.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ****.com/joomla/administrator/components/com_easysocial/constants.php on line 444

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/******.com/joomla/media/foundry/4.0/joomla/framework.php' (include_path='.:/opt/php54/lib/php') in /*****.com/joomla/administrator/components/com_easysocial/constants.php on line 444

I will also want to install "plg_easysocial_kunena.zip" to integrate with kunena.
I'll be going to bed, as you arrive at work, but I'm happy for you to access ftp and admin.
Have a good day.
Hello Chazz,

I've tried to access your backend and I got : Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet. And also I can't access your FTP it returns me 404 page not found. Please advise.

Hi Nik, I made an error in the e-mailed update, by not pointing the ftp to joomla, here is another ftp login (under site details), also the tested site admin login with name and username.

I've tested both the ftp and Site admin login.

Edit: pword ftp updated

Hi Nik,

I've double checked that the ftp and admin logins (in the comment above this one) are functioning.

The Component package is already uploaded at
"/joomla/administrator/components/com_easysocial/setup/packages/easysocial_v1.3.17_component.zip"

I can't find a way to recommence EasySocials own installation menu.

I very much hope you are able to give the time on this today, while I sleep.

With thanks,
Chazz

A support issue with login to your site was solved in the billing after sales section, but this issue with the installation, is entirely seperate and has not been looked at in 24 hours despite two more posts in this thread by myself before you began your working day and another post in my private ticket thread. I feel very disappointed that this has not been dealt with and you are all about to start your weekend with this issue from 2 days ago unsolved.

You are most welcome Chazz, and I do apologize for the misunderstanding because the link to the forum in the ticket was referred to a different issue which was the billing issue
