Hello Aldo,

You can download the language packs from http://stackideas.com/downloads/languages . Once downloaded, install it just like how you initially install the extension via Extensions Manager

It's most likely that your default language is in English. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
