I used the launcher and it appears to be installing......

The updater in the ES backend is giving api errors. I then downloaded full package and it is not installing. It uploads the file then just refreshes the upload page. Please advise

This is actually a known problem and it cannot be resolved now because the problem is already on the 3.0.2 and 3.0.1 release. The only way to fix this is to upgrade to 3.0.3 using the standard method. After 3.0.3, it would be possible
