I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
It seems like you getting this error is mostly because the config table haven't install in your database yet.
I have help you manually run the query installed all the Easyblog table in your database.

What you should do now is :
1. Request with your Webhosting provider to help you increase this max_execution_time 60 to 120
2. GOTO > JoomlaFolder/tmp/eb > Extract this zip file "com_easyblog_3.9.15370_joomla3.0.zip" > GOTO Joomla backend > Extension manager > click Install from directory tab > .../tewincowper.herts.sch.uk/public_html/tmp[b]/eb <- add this eb at behind of path > Install[/b]

And see is it work for you? If still can't, please refer back to us.

Thanks for your weekend response. I have put the request in to the hosting provider and I notice that you have already extracted the installer in the eb directory. I will execute/install it once my hosting provider has made the adjustment and get back to you.

It looks like it installed okay though. Please can you check to ensure it is okay?

Sorry for late reply to this,
It seems like the installation is not complete yet, because you have hitting some error just you show us in previous reply,

The reason why you hitting this error -> JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file is mostly because when you during the installation that moment the Joomla can't find the Easyblog XML file. So i tried to rename all the com_easyblog file to com_easyblog_bak

-> administrator/component/com_easyblog
-> component/com_easyblog
-> media/com_easyblog
-> media/foundry

Then install from extension manager, i getting this :

Internal Server Error



The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.



Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.



More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Also, install from directory, then i getting this :

504 Gateway Time-out



The server didn't respond in time.

Could you mind consult this with your Webhosting provider and see if they could help or provide some suggestion about this? Please advise.
