I have just purchased professional and would like you to install it for us please.
Please note we have a secret admin url which I have added bellow.

Please choose a template which matches to look and feel of our site best.

Thank you
Hello Jonathan,

For some reasons, Joomla wasn't able to copy the files into /media/ . Perhaps it is due to some permission issues. Can you provide us with the FTP access so that we can manually upload it for you?

Hello Jonathan,

After debugging the site, for some reasons https:// is being replaced to httpss:// . Notice the double "s" at the end. I have debugged the code and it's only using https:// . I have noticed that you are using Cloudflare on the back end of the site. Is it possible for you to temporarily disable this? I am not too sure which plugin is replacing this.

Hello Jonathan,

After debugging your site for the whole day, it looks like you have hacked the file /libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php and this is a really bad attempt because your code actually replaces any occurences of "http" with "https" . Hence when EasyBlog uses "https", it becomes "httpss". Anyway I have fixed your hacks and it should render EasyBlog properly now at the back end. However, you should really refrain from adding such hacks. There's already an option in the back end of Joomla's Global Configuration that enforces all http:// links to https:// .

As for the errors on the product pages, my changes earlier doesn't actually affect your virtuemart products. Was this only specifically for the item Jason miller modo glass? When viewing the items at https://www.jasboutique.co.uk/accessories/lighting/chandeliers , I tried clicking several items and they seem to work fine.

Thank you for that.

I can confirm it was an acesef issue with the vituemart pages which have now been fixed.

Can you please let me know what the front end url is. Could you set it to /blog ?
As I am struggling to work out how to do that.

Please note joomla admin pass change

Thank you.

Hello Jonathan,

When I tried to access the site, Hostgator seems to be throwing a 500 Internal Server Error. Can you please advise?

Hi, its working for me. Are you still getting the issue when loading the home page?

It should be up and running now maybe just a temporary sever error.

Thanks

Hello Jonathan,

Ah, okay it works flawlessly now! By the way, I noticed that the menu is already created but your Joomla template doesn't have sufficient place for the new menu item. Anyway it does seem like it's hitting an infinite redirect loop. May I have the FTP access to your new hosting account?

Great thank you, do the old ftp details still work? I didnt think we had deactivated them yet. This may be a acesef issue a few pages in the past have had that problem because of acesef.
Ive added the previous ftp details below.
thanks

Hello Jonathan,

Ah, okay thanks! I have tested this again and it is indeed coming from AceSEF but I really don't have an idea why their plugin is redirecting. Is there some sort of settings made on ACESEF?

HI, I spoke with acesef they confirmed that I needed to purchase their easyblog extension to make it work with correctly with acsesef. Ive installed it correctly but the home page http://www.jasboutique.co.uk/blog still isnt working.

I asked acesef developer to check and he gave the following response.

"I checked your site but I can't find Blog page. SEF URL doesn't create for Blog. You need to go to with using menus to create SEF URL of that page instead trying to go directly with url. I hope, I can explain it."

I dont understand what he means, are you able to make this work correctly now?

Thank you, please note password has changed again for joomla administrator log in.
FTP still same.

Hello Jonathan,

I have been trying to debug this on your site and it looks like the AceSEF plugin is actually performing all these redirects regardless if I configure AceSEF to use EasyBlog's router instead of ACESEF's own router file. It does seem like the guys at AceSEF has no idea what he's replying you.

Can you please let them know that, their plugin is redirecting the requests from http://www.jasboutique.co.uk/blog/ to an infinite loop, http://screencast.com/t/Xuob4d90yYT

I simply find their answer to be totally unacceptable and it does seem like they are trying to force you to purchase their AceSEF extension for EasyBlog.

Hello Jonathan,

Hm, the login forms are still not working. When logging in, it redirects to https://www.jasboutique.co.uk/ and it displays a message like this, http://screencast.com/t/BNpRJLjUtuGP

By the way, is there any reasons for using AceSEF? If I recall correctly, the core team of AceSEF has formed MijoSef and it's actually being updated more frequently (I might be wrong here but this was what I have heard from others).
