It appears that the following file has been modified to show an additional Author Alias field on the composer panel(https://take.ms/VEK31, https://take.ms/gbKmx).

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/composer/panels/post/author/default.php

On android device, or at least on the devices that I have tested, if there is another input field, the enter button will be 'to the next input field', instead of 'enter'.

I'm not sure why that additional field is added initially into the file, but I would suggest that you remove the field so that tags can be added normally on android devices.
