This is actually a known issue with JCE editor and unfortunately the only fix is to make the media manager to popup in new browser window instead of using inline element by going to your backend > JCE > editor profile > select your profile > features & layout tab > scroll down until you see the following options from the screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/01B4izQm
