Inserting images does not work in the Komento comments on my site

Hello, thank you for your great work, it is truly impressive.
I have some problems with the displaying of images when I try to post a comment. Instead displaying the picture in the comments shows a text like [img ]http://www.artscroll.ru/Images/2008/v/Volkov%20Efim%20Efimovich/000022.jpg[/img] where http://www.artscroll.ru/Images/2008/v/Volkov%20Efim%20Efimovich/000022.jpg[/img] - broken link. Can you give advice, what did I wrong and what have I to do to fix this bug on my site?
I change the $tmp code but it still is not showing.

It seems like this is not an issue with Komento.

Dropbox images cannot be shared directly because the address https://www.dropbox.com/s/ooyrcdmwoqgz3pp/header.png is not pointing to a raw image file, but a html page in dropbox.

img tag only works with raw image source. I've edited the comment on your site to use the raw image link https://photos-3.dropbox.com/t/0/AACxN4IAEwVys7SQMCH38j5YBnzZ4AaIicnMtO9y2xSm9Q/12/4967834/png/2048x1536/3/1386043200/0/2/header.png/sf7IIHnUE_TPz5p__Yd126JGEEfyuNVsxOJ6-wr_f8c and the image is now showing properly.

I would not of thought of that, thanks.

The link you pasted was not showing for me, but I was able to find the syntax for the image link like you suggested.

It ended up being this:
