Hi,

I have a client that just emailed me a screenshot to show me the issue they were having when trying to add an image to a new post in EasyBlog while using Ubuntu.

I've attached it to this support post (Ubuntu-chrome.jpg) and you can see that the lower part of the Image manager is cut off so they have no way to access the INSERT button. Have also attached a screenshot of what I see using windows and Chrome (windows-chrome.jpg) and I can see the insert button at the bottom no problem.

Has anyone else ever come across this issue with Ubuntu or would you have any idea as to why the bottom section is cut off?

Many thanks for your help.

Andrew
Hi Andrew,
I believe the issue lies with JCE editor. You can ask your client to try this with JCE editor in Joomla articles as well and see if the same issue occurs. Would it be possible for your client to increase the screen resolution and see how it goes?
