Hi, I get this error on install. There was an error uploading this file to the server. Under the plan signed up for do you offer support install?
Hello Kim,

That error u hitting most probably is because your upload_max_filesize is at 2M ( http://screencast.com/t/nVAePbtiI7 ). You will need to contact your hosting provider to get this value increased (10M Recommended) and set this to writable -> http://screencast.com/t/O4lu2rmt3Ydl
After your webhosting provider done it, then install again and see how it goes? Please advise.

Hello Kim Shaw,

Actually we also have support to help you do the installation, but i have tried to install the OSEFileman component in your backend, but i getting "Warning : can't move file".

If you're using the second method for install by directory,
actually both also can, mean when you upload that zip file first then unzip, or you unzip the file first then upload all inside the zip to over to FTP.
