I think you upload Easysocial launcher installer from your Joomla backend installer page?

If yes, you have to download full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page is because the launcher installer only work on your domain what you set from your license.

I double checked just in case and it appears I had downloaded the Full package. I tried re-downloading and this time it worked though Thanks, for the tip!
