I double checked that there are correct.

Yes, you can also ask them that we are trying to complete the recurring payment but hitting issue that plan supported yet.
Ingenico Payment Services does not support this plan

Can you please enable this recurring payment option at our sandbox account or is there any other issue.

Only one of recurring plan not setup correctly at your site, you need to set expiration time in month or day.Please correct it.

Please send me all changes which you done And want to create from zero new installation of PayhPlans to be sure that I can recreate it

Its looks that you do not send language parameter in transaction call (I checked that my Joomla site have default language set to Polish.
Please correct it
Please, if possible, speed up your job on fixing of plugin as a plugin which I bought is not possible to use.
I expecting that next week I will get signed agreement with Ingenico so potentially I would go alive with site.
Because of not working plugin I can not do it which have many influences to us (also financial ones)

the diffidence is shown because you are using basic tax app, which is applying tax on subscription that's why the paid amount is different then plan. see attached screenshot.

Yes, this is coming because of 2 invoice created. I've checked it further and found that Notification came twice for this subscription that's why this expiration date is not correct. I've applied some fix at my local first and will apply on your site once tested soon.

Just to remain, because I did not see this point on your list (screenshot is above in current thread)
I think that payment confirmation page should appear for few seconds and it should back to dashboard (similarly as its works witch offline payment but with different message)
I see some problems in plans definitions and calculations but I will back to test it after your changes.

I've applied the changes at your site and do some test also. Recurring payment as well as recurring cancellation also working fine.
In case cancel subscription, Ogone does not support cancellation from site itself, so user can make request for cancellation, this email will send to admin, and you need to cancel it from ogone merchant account itself.

Please take a look on the issue again and do let me know if still any issue persist.

Changes are in below mentioned files.
/administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/app/abstract/payment.php
/plugins/payplans/ogone/app/ogone.php
/plugins/payplans/ogone/app/helper.php


These changes will include in upcoming release as well as.

Hi

I tested plans and payments
I do not know if any changes was made after your post because I see differences when I tested it few hours ago and now.
Just to let you know yesterday we changed PGP version on web server from 7.3 to 7.2 because there wa so many errors from payplans that logs almost consumed all server space. Now its mucjh smaller amount but still exist (see point 5)
Here are my comments
I will do it in points and attachments name are related to point no.

1. Fix payments
Tested with Test fixed 1 plan
Payment OK
After successful payment I get error page (see attachment)
I did not get any notifications (as a user) -should get few) (see notifications at admin backend) which is not correct
Subscription is active, Invoice is correct. Subscription period is correct

2. Recurring payment
Tested with plan Test Recurring 111
On payment page I got no. of recurrences 11 and in plan def is 12 – probably in plan def there are all recurrences including first one and on payment gateway is remaining no. – please confirm
Start date and end date on gateway are correct as well as on dashboard
Invoice is correct (one not two ) Subscription is active
I did not 2 times notification Cart Abandonment (see notifications at admin backend) which is not correct no other notifications
After successful payment I get error page as at point 1
No link for Cancel subscription

3. Recurring + 1 trial
I used plan Recurring+ 1 Trial
When I set 0 cost for trial I got error on payment gateway – not valid value
When I set 0,01 PLN it accepted payment but
I am not sure if REcurre3nce period (every 3 days) start and end date are correct – probably not (see attached screen)
Description of subscription period and trial on dashboard are correct
Invoice is correct
After successful payment I get error page as at point 1
No link for Cancel subscription
No notifications at all ☹

4. Recurring + 2 trial
I got error message Ingenico Payment Services does not support this Plan

5. On www server there are error log with many errors from payplans (see attached)

6. To which address is sent information about subscription cancellation (I did not received)

I've tested the fixed payment after redirection on invoice page hitting this issue. I've applied some temporary fixes for now to remove the error , but i seems you did some of customization on site, can you tell me is there any changes in core files , if yes please do let me know.

Regarding activation email, i got it after payment completion. see attached screenshot.

2. Recurring payment

On payment page I got no. of recurrences 11 and in plan def is 12 – probably in plan def there are all recurrences including first one and on payment gateway is remaining no. – please confirm

Yes, payment gateways showing remaining recurrence counts.

I did not 2 times notification Cart Abandonment (see notifications at admin backend) which is not correct no other notifications
Cart abandonment email will show on cron job and when subscription not paid. so it's not sent ya.
Depends on cron execution, subscription status which is none or not.

No link for Cancel subscription

I've checked and found that you did changes in template and removed the code for cancellation link, that's why cancel button link now shown.
Changes here : /components/com_payplans/themes/wireframe/dashboard/subscription/default.php
Please find attached original default.php and do the changes accordingly.

3. Recurring + 1 trial

I am not sure if REcurre3nce period (every 3 days) start and end date are correct – probably not (see attached screen)
I've checked in ingenico account as well as, recurrence period is every 3 days. you need to mentione the expiration time for trail and regular one is same.

4. Recurring + 2 trial
I got error message Ingenico Payment Services does not support this Plan

Currently Ingenico integration don't support Recurring + 2 Trial payment.

5. On www server there are error log with many errors from payplans (see attached)
I've checked and these logs created mostly when i was doing test at your site and enabled the error reporting to site.So can ignore this for now.

6. To which address is sent information about subscription cancellation (I did not received)
This email will be sent to admin of site only when "Recive System Email " option is enabled. I've checked and found , it's disabled. so , please enable it for Admin user to get these emails.

7. Ogone (gateway) screens and email messages are still in English – please send language parameter as it was explained from Ingenico support team.
I've tried to send the Langauge parameter in transaction call but it's not accepting. Can you confirm with ingenico support team about this and even in your merchant account also set Polish language but still showing in english.
Can you please confirm with them .

I and my team did not do any changes on payplans or costumization
We use only backend for it, no code modification yet.

We work on LDAP intgegration and insstalled own plugin for that. Also changed php version as I informed
No changes to payplan files You can copy all original one.

I got activation confirmation email with correct invoice - GREAT
After succesfull purchase there are no error page but invoice page
- This is not good solution because most of data are empty (see screenshot)
- no way to do anything - user can not come back to dashboard

Its better to give some confirmation screen and pushbutton to dashboard

My admin account have system messages ON and I did not received subscription cancelation emails.(I am using login name kefir and correct email address i assigned)
but us I can not cancel subscription (lack of option) I can not test it.

Please activate subscription cancelation - I did not do any changes and do not why its changed - if you have any suggestions on reason please let me know
Also other people from your team have access to site.(other tickets)

I really don't have the patience, strength and time to bring this payment gate to a state that can be used commercially.
I see a lot of bugs and problems and I expect next ones (e.g. with notifications from ogone and language)
Managing and configuring in Ingenico is also difficult and complicated and I guess this also causes difficulties on your side.
I tested the Stripe payment gate today
In 10 minutes I created an account and launched a working payment gate in Payplans
Administration is simple and legible and the solution itself works on payplans almost correctly
Fix and recurring payments, unsubscribing, cancellation, refund, renew ... everything works fine
There are a few minor problems - I will describe them later when I finish testing
So I will give up using Ingenico and I will use Stripe.

In your doc wrote that your plugin allow recurring billing cancellation

Please update your doc as info is doc is a base for making decision about payment gate

We will improve our documentation.

Till now Stripe looks EXELLENT

Very easy to use

Even Recurring plans with different time for trial and normal works correct
So far problems with payplan token, expiry of recurring subscription and zero trial

I described it in new threads so I propose to close this very long and painful thread
