Hello,
I have 3 questions.
1) how is possible to hide the author info in the article blog?
2) It's possible to hide the big cover image in the main page of the blog and show it only in the article?
3) how to delete the "easyblog credits"?

It seems like your Joomla is not updated all the latest file, you can take a look of my attached first screenshot below.

Because it causing when you click save button on Easyblog page, it will not function.

By the way, regarding with your first and second question, you can follow my setting from my attached screenshot below to remove the post cover on frontpage listing and author info.

3) how to delete the "easyblog credits"?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've tried to reinstall Easyblog in your site again, it seems like that issue still persists, may i know is there a way reinstall with your current Joomla site, I suspect your Joomla site folder/files is not get updated.

You can go to this page and test it -> http://www.intrex.it/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=discover , when you click that `Discover` tab, it will not function, this button is coming from Joomla itself.

Even I tried to change your Joomla backend template to ``Hathor`` , it still display the same.

Can you consult with your webhosting provide regarding this?

can you please tell me how to hide easyblog credits?

Unfortunately that was not get rid of this when you purchase community version, but if you upgrade to PRO version, the easyblog credits will not appear on your site.

I cannot add a comment.. when i click the Answer button.. the message is: javascript:void(0)

Can you help me with this issue?

May I know which page you hitting this? Because I've tried to comment on your blog page, it seems work fine for me. Please advise.

I don't now... i can see that you were able to add a comment. But with my admin profile I can't. I also cannot see the form where i can add a comment.

It's really wired... you didn't miss something... my problem is that i don't see the form where to add the comment and if i click "reply" to another comment.. i can't ..and it appears the error javascript: (void)0;
It's strange, because some days ago i could add comments.. now i can't... maybe i have setted something wrong in the easyblog settings...

The article is this one: http://www.intrex.it/testimonianze/entry/cucina-black-and-white.html but it happens to any article..

In the first attachment you see the article ( 5.jpg)
In the second how it appear when i click "continue reading" ( 6.jpg)
In the third ( 7.jpg) as you can see i cannot set "Commenti easy social". If i click yes it returns to no after i save the changes.
Maybe the problem is this one?

Oh, it seems like you trying to comment when you are guest user, I have help you enable `post comment` ACL setting from backend, it should appear comment form now, can you give it a try now?

Because I checked from your module manager, I only noticed you created these 2 module `JA Masshead testimonianze` and `JA Masshead blog` but this 2 module is not related Easyblog. Am i missing something here?

Yes, that was possible to do this, what you need to do is create different `Single category layout` from your menu item, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

I'm sorry.. i tried to be more precise. About the first question I attach image 1-question.jpg

About the second. I would like to create two different style for Testimonianze ( which refers to "testimonianze" category) and for Blog ( which refers to the other all categories except "testimonianze").
In the image 2-question.jpg i show you the style i created for the Testimonianze page..but i can't do nothing to make a different style ( 2-1-question.jpg). I'm wondering if this is possible to do with easyblog so to see my page maybe with a two column grid as i show in the 2-2-question.jpg

Actually Easyblog already have this 2 column theme styling available, that theme is called `Nickel`. But this theme only available in PRO and Unlimited version.

I have 2 more questions ( really the last )

I have set the like comment in the back-end but it doesn't work... the heart is not active when i mouseover

And second i would like that user which reply to user's comments receive an email... now it doesn't .

I've checked in your site, it seems like that LIKE button is work for me, you can check my screenshot below.

Regarding with that comment email notification issue, I have help you enabled this option `Subscriptions Checked Automatically` from backend > easyblog > settings > comment

which mean that when the user after comment and checked `subscribe` this post, he will receive the email notification when other user reply him or comment on that post.

JoomlaFolder\components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\emails\html\comment.like.php


It should work fine for the like comment email notification.

thank you as always but i still have problems with the guest user.
When a guest add a comment:

1) he cannot like comment ( because the line "I like" does not appear")
2) he doesn't subscribe in the website as you told me by allowing the line " subscription checked automatically" in the comment settings;
3) he does not receive any notification

The only notification i get is the one that tell me that a gust has added a comment which has to be moderated

Oh, by default guest user unable to like the comment in the post.

I've check entry subscription listing from backend, but it seems like that guest user didn't subscribe on that entry post when he submit comment. Perhaps you can take a look of my last 2 screenshot below.
By right, when you submit a comment on that post before checked that subscribed checkbox, the system should be accept this subscription.

Sorry Arlex if I insist but easyblog still does not work as i would like.

I'm talking about the possibility to subscribe even been a guest as is possible as i can see in the image attached...
I have tried to simulate if i'm not a guest and it's ok that i receive in my email the notification that i subscribe but I don't get notification in my email if someone reply to my comment. Is that possible for subscribed guest or only for registered people?

It okay I will try my best to assist you.

Yes, if the guest user checked `subscribe` option before submit the comment, they will receive an email notification if other user comment on that post.

For example :
---------------------
I try to comment as guest user and subscribed on that post e.g. http://www.intrex.it/blog-intrex/entry/le-insidie-di-una-cucina-economica.html

Then I try login as registered user account and comment on that post, the system will notify these user who subscribed on this post, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

I did received an email notification for that.
