Hello SI-Support,

in template infinity, if i change Logo Height to another size than default size of 36, it is changing the height but not the width. So the logo is distorted.
Hi there,

I'm sorry. I was unable to replicate this issue. Site's logo on my end displayed nicely without distortion.

Please take a look on my screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/qjnUvdVPNoggrmmIJrQfHaUqAumdiU .

May I know how can we replicate this issue (some screenshot), so that we'll be able to assist you on your issue.

Thanks.

Thank you for checking this. After some additional tests on my site, it seems, that you can scale an image correctly until it gets a width, that would attack the menu position to the right of the logo position (even if there are only a few menus). Then it seems to be scaling only the height and leaves the width at a maximum value of ca. 255px and then the logo will be distorted.

So it seems, within a certain area, the images are scaled correctly. Maybe you can reproduce this?

Thanks again an best regards

Hi Mac,

Thanks for getting back to us. Regarding your inquiry,

scale an image correctly until it gets a width, that would attack the menu position to the right of the logo position (even if there are only a few menus). Then it seems to be scaling only the height and leaves the width at a maximum value of ca. 255px and then the logo will be distorted.

I was unable to reproduce this issue. I have tried to increase the height and it still scale correctly without distortion. Can you provide us screenshot of the issue so that we can understand your issue better. Anyhow, may I know why do you need to have a big logo on your site? Perhaps you can request for customization on this request.

By the way, layout rendering for this template is from helix framework. Therefore, it requires custom changes on the core framework.

Hope this help.
