Hello SI Support,

there is an issue with Hamburger Menu in latest Version 1.0.3 of Infinity template:

You can see the problem in attached screenshots. In Desktop view the hamburger menu is completely hidden, but should be visible. In tablet and mobile view it is not at the right side, but somewhere like middle/right. In your demo this works fine and if i install latest version of charm template, it does work too as expected. Can you reproduce this in your local environment?

Please help me to fix this little problem. We are on a privat intranet an unfortunately i can't give you a link therefore. If it is nessecary, i would have to install a testate in a public folder. Please don't use old credentials in Site Details.

Joomla! 4.0.5 Stable
PHP 8.0.10

Thank you and best regards
Hi there

Kindly help me check this template menu setting at the backend. You should use mega menu & offcanvas menu as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi there,

I'm unable to replicate this issue locally. It seems to be working fine here. Please check out the attached screenshot.

By the way, can you try to compile the CSS again and see if this issue still persists?

However, if the issue remains, please provide us access to the site so we can inspect it directly.

Thanks.

Hello Yasser Ibrahim, thank you for your fast answer!

Now i did a completely new installation on a public folder and updated my site infos.

I was using Installation "joomla_4.zip" from "pkg_infinity_quickstart_unzip_first.zip from "pkg_infinity_unzip_first_1.0.3.zip"

After Installation i was assigning module "Main Menu" to position "off canvas".

That is all I did and please take look now at this site, then you will see same problems i was talking about my last post.

Thank you for your help

Hi there,

Oh, I see it now. It seems to be a bug from the template. We've released a new version of infinity template v1.0.4 in the app store. https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3448-infinity. Kindly download it and test it again.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks.
