You can try install this Menu access app from the Appstore, so you can set which subscription plan user subscribe then only can access those individual item on the site.

But I do not want to hide menus, I wanted to sell access to my articles, individually. example: user clicks on an article but for this he needs to buy access for that article.

Unfortunately that is not possible to configure this, because everything is base on the subscription.
