Hello,

I have a problem in uploading the file, the message is presented in the Annex.
I checked the configuration settings and it seems to me that they're doing because it is shown that the maximum size for upload is 32 MB, the file I uploaded is 8.72 MB.

Can you help me solve this problem?
thanks
Seele
Hello Seele,

Sorry for the late reply. There is a bug with the settings where if you put 0 it is infinite size. Please set it to about 10MB We will fix this in the next release. Thanks!

Hello Seele,

Thanks. i received the file and tested it in your site Unfortunately WMA is not a format supported but the player we use in media manager to display the video and audio. You will need to convert the wma to another format like mp3 before uploading it. Hope this helps.

Thanks!

Hello Adelene,

I also tried with mp3 but the problem remains, for me it is a problem of limitation on the MB, my file is 9 MB even though I have assigned 20 MB does not work. Emailing the file conversion to mp3.
thanks
