Firstly, I've inspected that your current upload_max_size was not 60M but 1G https://www.screencast.com/t/W6aS7vTHthw
You can refer it:
1. Click System>System Information>Php information
Can you consult with your webhosting, if you want to change the upload_max_size maybe to 128MB

However, we have inspected that there is a bug regarding how EasySocial get the upload_max_size 1G but it read as 1MB. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this.
