I see where I can increase file size limits for videos and photos for specific profiles, but I can't locate where I can adjust the size for the "Files" app

Did you meant that you want to specifically address each of your profile types different maximum upload size? If yes, you cant achieved that currently as we standardize it to all user in site. In order to change the maximum file upload size, you can change them at Backend>Components>Easysocial>Applications>Files(user) as shown http://screencast.com/t/CrNRAxdT. Hope this help

I am sorry for confusion caused above. I thought you wanted to maximize your file upload for your user on site. As i can see on your attached image, it seems that those is for your groups. You can change them at backend>Components>EasySocial>Group>Categories>ACL as shown http://screencast.com/t/IKpT9xbDR. Please advice.
