Incorrectly duplicated pictures in Mailbox Posting

When posts with pictures are created via Mailbox Posting, pictures are incorrectly placed.

This is what happens:

- Sent email with 3 pictures (Screenshot attached)

- Post was published via Mailbox Posting

- Intro: The 1st picture is used as a cover photo. (which is as expected)

- Content: The 1st picture is present as a cover photo here too, and the inline 1st picture was replaced by the 2nd picture. That makes duplicated 2nd picture. (Screenshot attached.)


Is this because of misconfiguration?
Or can you reproduce the same issue on your end?
After troubleshoot long hour ago, it seems like that was bug, I've applied some fix in this file JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/mailbox/adapters/maps/image.php, it should work fine now.

Can you give it a check again?

It's working fine without duplication.

By the way, is it possible to hide cover photo in the post detail page?
Because the 1st picture appears twice... as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Yes, you can disable it from backend > Easyblog > setting > layout > refer on my attached screenshot below.

Hope this help.

By the way, if you wouldn't like to show the post cover, i will suggest you turn off this option -> screenshot : http://take.ms/UhH60 , so system will not fetch that first image to be your article post image.

Hey Hideto,

Our developer already applied the proper fix in our internally server, can I have the permission to test it on your test site?

The fix is if you enable "Process Blog Image" from your mailbox setting, it will get the first image from the email, then assign to the blog cover then this first image will not appear on the blog content, since it already show on the post cover.
