In v1.2.5 the following paths are taken for the social menu items:

.../login-register

My Profile
Friends
Followers
Apps
Activity Log

.../social

Dashboard
Photos
Achievements
Points

.../social/groups

Groups

They should all go to ../login-register to bring the visitor back to the login options.
Hello Richard,

Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this ? Please advise.

Hello Richard,

It okay
I have a little bit lost here, do you mean that if you click the social button, then the URL is not follow ../social/.. right? ( http://www.dealthenuts.com/component/easysocial/registration )
The URL should be use to -> http://www.dealthenuts.com/social/registration
Am i right? If no, could you mind elaborate your question with more details again, and include a screen shot of what you are referring to? Please advise.

Sorry Arlex, Mark had asked me to start a new thread so my original post was copied from the old thread and needed to be amended slightly to make sense in this new thread (I have updated the initial post).

The path taken when clicking on my 2 mainmenu items, Social and Login/Register, is correct, so not an issue.

If anyone is logged into the site they are re-directed initially to the Social menu and the Login/Register menu changes to a Logout menu, so not an issue here either.

However there is an issue with the horizontal line of social menu items below the EasySocial toolbar in both the Social and Login/Register mainmenu areas.

If a visitor clicks on My Profile, Friends, Followers, Apps, Activity Log, they are (correctly) taken to the ../login-register path asking them to login or register.

If a visitor clicks on Dashboard, Photos, Achievements or Points, they are (incorrectly in my view) taken to the ../social path that does not ask them to login or register because I have the Dashboard layout Guest Login area switched to OFF for the Frosty theme.

If a visitor clicks on Groups, they are (incorrectly) taken to the ../social/groups path which is not a useful outcome instead of an area where they can login.

I believe there should be consistency in the path for any visitor clicking on any of the menu items below the EasySocial toolbar and it should be to an area where they can login or register. The path should be to ../login (or ../login-register on my site because I have changed the menu name) because it is possible to remove the login/register area for guests in the Dashboard layout.

@Richard thanks for your post and yes I concur, that's what I intended to say in the attached image to the prior thread (sometimes a picture doesn't say a thousand words)

Hey guys,

Just a heads up on this, 1.2.6 we'll remove those submenus from the Frosty theme if you are not logged in.
