I just tested this locally and can't seem to reproduce this, http://screencast.com/t/x4XS8eDcy . Which demo site are you testing and which group?

I used http://demo.stackideas.com with the following scenario:

1- Nadia creates a new open group
2- Darius joins the group
3- Nadia makes Darius an admin of the group and then revoke the admin access

I also have this issue on my site, that's why I tried to reproduce on yours. Sometimes the name of the user is missing in the message, sometimes you get the name of another user... That's weird.

In the last test I did, user name was missing in the message.
