Incorrect Link on URL typed in Blog Post Comment

Hello

While commenting a blog post, if you type in the comment an URL without the http:// then the link created for displaying the comment is not correct.
For example check the comment on this page of my site.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. I've tried to replicate this issue locally, it seems there is a bug. Can you download the attachment file and replace it in:
DIR:..\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\comment\comment.php
