Incorrect date format on the notifications page

Hi again,
On my notifications page the date is displaying really weird, for example:
C+0000Jan_EPMth2015th+0000C0PM0_5+0000UTC0January0CPMUTC0+00005_FriPMUTCE_January+0000RJanPMUTC
Would be great if you could take a look.
