the picture URL in the editor will it take pictures from the desktop or the internet only
and if it's from the Internet will it be as a link ?

Currently, we cant achieved that as it will not generated "og:image" for your post. Maybe you can try post by inserting image url, post it and then right click, "view page source" then search for "og:image" as shown http://screencast.com/t/18ihn0oU1. If you using image url, there will no "og:image" in the post and Facebook cant get those images you inserted.

I to Include the picture into the post itself instead of attachment .
so that whenever its post is loaded or auto-posted to FB it will be posted with a picture.

You cant achieved this using "BBcode editor" but you can achieved this using other composer editor for example, "Editor - TinyMCE", you can use "image button" as shown http://screencast.com/t/wK0OO9CJp. Please advice.
