We have a high amount of users and want to implement this email notification of inactivity. However we want to abide by email standards and not blast out thousands of emails at one time.

Is there a setting to slow down emails to say 1 per minute or something like that somewhere?
Yes, it will generate the 20 email inactive mail first and be send out each time the cron job it runs.

Hi there,

Regarding your inquiry, there is no setting to set the limit of mail send out. However, we do not send out thousand email per cron job run. It already limit 20 mail queue

So these notifications come through your mail server? Or it's preset to email 20 in what period of time? 20 every minute?

Yes we have a cron job set up. So your saying the cron will only allow 20 emails to be sent, each time it runs?
