"&am p" in URL after new post submitted messing up the page

I am using EasyDiscuss Group to post new questions from inside easy social group. When I click on Create Discussion button I am taken to the new page where I can create new question. After I hit submit, I am taken to the group page but with &amp in URL which messes up the page layout. If I change &amp to & in URL all back to normal. Please see screenshots attached.

I'm able to replicate this issue locally, I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this
