Greetings,

In Trying to upgrade Pay plan, I get the following error messages
Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again.

Failed to extract file: payplans_to_5.0.1_from_4.2.15_key_cb6eb074b2d56a6e04a5c3fd2d5f01b0_domain_rivieranayaritguide.com

You have my sites credentials in Site Access

How do I fix this?

Hey there,

Sorry for the confusion from the error message.

Upgrading to PayPlans 5 is a major upgrade and it requires you to download the installer from your dashboard and install it just like how you installed PayPlans initially.

Rest assured that your data will remain intact.
