"In this photo" Displays on All Captions

As of ES 1.3.6 (might have came in the ES 1.3.5 series) all photo captions say "In this photo". I assume it is meant for photo tagging? It looks like a fake description at the moment. I suggest having that text only show up if someone is tagged.
