In private messages, the file is NOT sent.
Attached, but NOT sent. An empty window pops up without text.
How to fix it?

Hi there,

Seems like I am not able to replicate the issue here in my local instance. Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly on your site?

Hello Aleksandr,

You should enter your site access on https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so that you don't have to worry about entering the data every time you post a new question.

Hi Aleksandr,

It seems like it was caused by multiple chain of faulty or outdated system plugins as listed below:
cometchat plugins = http://take.ms/gFpX7
byebyegenerator plugins = http://take.ms/31xMdL

As soon I disabled both of the plugins the conversation no longer shows the error when you include the attachments. However for some reason the attachments is not showing correctly afterwards. In order for us to continue troubleshoot this, we are require to access your site files via the FTP or Cpanel but it seems like I'm hitting this message when I'm trying to access your Cpanel, http://take.ms/y5AYe .

Please advise.

Ezrul,
Please read the comments where I indicated the login information. There I wrote what to do with dual authentication.

Hi Aleksandr,

Ah I am sorry I did not noticed the message initially. I have wrote an email to you and will continue to troubleshoot on the issue once I am able to access your FTP.

Hi Aleksandr,

Seems like there is a time limit session on your Cpanel since when I'm trying to navigate through your site files it will prompt me with this message again, http://take.ms/bUGy2 . To be honest this will be very difficult for us to debug since we don't have the exact idea on why the error occur when trying to attach the attachments and we are not able to dump the error information if we don't have the access to the core file.

Is it possible for you to temporarily turn off this authentication or perhaps make the session longer so we don't have to keep bugging you with the authentication code each time the session is expired.

Looking forward to your response!

Hi Aleksandr,

Hm, for some reason the attachments seems to be working now. Refer my screenshot here, http://take.ms/20u6O . Can you give it a try on your end and see how it goes?
