Ah, it looks like the final step of the page, you have set the recaptcha fields but it looks like the recaptcha public key and private key isn't set yet. You need to set the keys here, http://www.air-live.fr/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=apps&layout=form&id=50

You can get the api keys from http://recaptcha.net
