Hello, I wanted to make a change in my back office today and I am receiving this message:

Sorry, but the system is unable to located any purchases from your account. If you have already purchased and still facing difficulties installing, please contact our tech support.

What should I do?

Hey Klaus,

Did you tried to update EasySocial to the latest version? It seems like you are trying to update but because your license has expired, the upgrade wasn't successful.

To quit the installation, simply delete the file /tmp/easysocial.installation but it's best to stay updated to the latest version of course
