When I want to delete a message, I get this error message:
1062 Double entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY'
Can you update your licensed domain site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

It seems like I hit the following issue when I connect with your FTP server and login from your site backend :

1. It doesn't show your current site Joomla directory folder.

2. This support user account does not have permission to login from the backend.

By the way, may I know which discussion post can I delete it?

I think that this time it works you have access to the Joomla administration, the FTP is less secure.
In fact, it was after importing my Kuena forum to Easydiscuss that I received a double post.
Give me the procedure and I will delete my posts myself because there are a lot of them.

I am sorry for the delay in this reply, you can try the following method and see how it goes.

1. Temporary disable this plugin Smart Search - EasyDiscuss Discussions

2. Head to the smart search component page then remove only Easydiscuss indexes. (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/hV9CyMsmNHH2puWKr5oF4qlQ3owsBs )

3. Delete your duplicate discussion post now.

4. Once you delete finish then re-enable back for this plugin Smart Search - EasyDiscuss Discussions if you want to allow site user to search your discussion post on Joomla smart search page.

If no, then no need to enable it also can.

Note: if you activate back the plugin then you have to click Index button from the smart search component page so that it will re-index again for your existing discussion post.

I manage to delete the new posts (spam for example), but not the old ones, for example all the models that joomla install!
