impossible for me to upload an image for the group

Greetings support,

In creating categories for the marketplace application, when clicking on the button to upload an avatar, nothing happens. So it's impossible for me to upload an image for the group.

Please help or fix

A few minutes later trying to save a new group, I get the following error message:
An error has occurred.
22007 22007, 1292, Truncated incorrect DOUBLE value: ''

Please help or fix thank you

Hey there,

I just applied a fix at JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/tables/marketplacecategory.php and it should be fine now.

Can you give it a try and see how it goes?

You are most welcome. Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved now. It is a known issue when the site is using PHP 8 and the fix will be included in the next release of EasySocial.
