Please is it possible to import user database from a PHP website to the joomla website where easy social is installed. i asked this from a support mail i sent to your team before i bought and they said it is possible. let me hear from you please. thank you
Hi Collins,

To import your users from other site into your Joomla site, you will need to find a tool that import your users into your Joomla site. Once you've imported the user data into Joomla, you can then assign your EasySocial profile type to these users and, your users will be able to fill in their profile details

By the way, is your php website running on any CMS? E.g. Wordpress?
Try to search for any ready tool for importing your users into Joomla
