Importing K2 Articles - Truncating Intro Text

Hello, I am in the process of migrating my client out of K2 and into EasyBlog. I am using Joomla 3.3.4 and the latest version of K2 and EasyBlog 5. The EasyBlog migrator looked pretty simple and at first appeared to work just fine. Now as I look through the blog posts I see that all posts that had intro text associated with them, the intro text in EasyBlog is missing. Due to deadlines I can not wait for a fix, so I will go through the 150+ blog posts and fix these manually although I thought you should know of this issue.

I have the same issue and it is massive since I need to import around 3k articles from k2. And it is a significant junk of text missing, since we misused the read more tag to place an Adsense banner in the middle of the text. I am shocked to see this still not being fixed after months!

I have the same problem after importing posts from Wordpress
Moreover truncating is not working for these imported posts which are in WYSISWG editor.
