Important : daily friendships request limitation

Hello,

some times members abuse requesting friendships by adding all other members as friends, today we have a member which add more then 100 request, we are not sure all time thats this kind of users are spamers. A daily or hourly request limitation will be very usefull in this case, as in friends limit option.
Ouups He sent more the 1400 requests !!!!!
no way to be alerted ! i received many automatic email response for his friends requests and seems to me thats not normal, i visited the backend and found those 1400 requests!

its spamming and we really would like to have an flood option as in forums (number of friends requests per day or hour, also for dailly messages etc.)

we are using a paid email service and we will pay 1400 emails requests and also the respenses emails (acceptation) ..
