Unfortunately we do not have import user tool in Easysocial.

May i know you mean that your 2 website do not have install Easysocial?

If yes, I have an ideas for this, you have to use 3rd party Joomla user import tool to import with your 2 website user in your new Joomla site.

After imported complete, then you only install the Easysocial in your new Joomla site, so the Easysocial maintenance script will auto sync with your Joomla user.
