Hi, i'm trying to import user from acymailing following the instructions at http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/how-tos/how-to-mass-assign-subscribers but all the data are imported in one line.
How can I fix the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Paolo Farina
Your file format is actually incorrect. It should be using "," as a separator and not ";"

Anyway I have imported it for you and it is now in your subscriptions list.

Hey there,

Do you mean after you exported the data from acymailing, all the data show in one line or when you trying to import into your site Easyblog, it show error?

If yes. perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look? And that CSV file attach into your server one of the directory folder, so we can download from there.

You're welcome.

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Or send to my email address : arlex.wong@stackideas.com

Hey Paolo,

Our support forums are moderated by several moderators and not just Arlex alone. I would suggest that you add your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so that we can check this.

Also, please upload your acymailing export file somewhere on the site so that I can download it
