Import Subscribers via CSV for Category

I'm trying to import subscribers to a category, but it only seems to have an option to import for the whole site?

How can I import just for a category ? Could there not be a 3rd field in the CSV or something? or is there an option I'm missing where I can import to a specific category? Thanks
Unfortunately currently that was not possible to achieve this at this point of time, it only available user to import those site wide subscriber through the subscriber importer.
